Services are by appointment. If you call and get voice mail, please do not assume that no one is available. Massage sessions are not interrupted to answer the phone. I will return your call as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy: Emergencies do occur, please know that your appointment covers a time slot in my book. Your consideration in letting me know ahead of time of any problem will allow me to schedule another person. Please give us 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Lateness Policy: If you are late for your appointment, your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled so that I can stay on time for others.
